All staff at Divers Crash Repairs are fully trained and certified on Standox Waterbase and products Systems Technology. We have over fifteen years experience in the auto body repair industry. We are qualified in welding fabrication and can undertake any type of structural repair. In accordance with the European Union regulations 2012 and Kerry County Council we are fully VOC compliant.
Our Low Bake Oven
Our low bake oven is the ultimate environment for painting your vehicle, it is highly filtered to protect the environment and designed to create a stable dust free atmosphere while maintaining a constant air temperature of 22ºC when spraying. After spraying is complete it is essential to bake the new paint at 65ºC panel temperature so that is becomes tough and durable. Its the heat that creates the chemical reaction in the paints make up and that is what makes it harden, all two pack paint now days needs to be dried at 65ºC, if this is not done the paint will remain soft, easy to scratch and often dull. Heat and air movement is also controlled while eliminating overspray that can settle in the fresh paint and ruin a paint job. So in many ways a low bake oven is an absolute must for vehicle paintwork. All our painting is done in our low bake oven and baked properly for the perfect flawless finish.

Standox Paint, made in Germany is europes leading paint manufacturer. we stock and mix our paint for better colour matching. The correct paint match is chosen using Standox colour box library and mixed on a digital scales using computer formulas. Standox is approved by all leading car manufacturers therefore we can carry out work to any make or model car and guarantee all paint work for the lifetime you own the vehicle. Our paint is fully VOC compliant helping our environment stay safer and cleaner.
